After the opening greeting of Tamás Ungár-President, Tamás Takács-Vice President, who was also chairman has stated, that the assembly is ready for  decision.

After the presidentally welcome, the members beeing present voted, that the until the leadership renewal due next year, that Áron Szűcs, who was a temporary second secretary since summer this year,will be also a full right member of the presidency.

In the agenda there was the  presentation of the activity of  the members shown in 2011,

as well duties and tasks in connection with the zone Presidency, like the zone meeting at

Moscow, or the international presidency meeting held at Vissoie at the end of September,

and other international meetings were described by the President of the Assotiation.

Seven young colleagues (Márton Demeter-Hotel Zara, Zoltán Fekete-Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal, Róbert Nemes-Hotel Expo,György Sólyomváry-Hotel Unió,Zoltán Szili-Grand Hotel

Hungária,Róbert Zemlicki-Radisson SAS,Nándor Végerer-Grand Hotel Hungária) have finished their one year probation, so they were voted to be full-right members of the assotiation.

In the year 2011 four young received the one year probation time.

They are the next : János Schmidt FOM- Hotel Szent János-Mohács,  Áron Szabó Concierge-Art ’Otel,

Zsolt Várnagy- Concierge Budapest Marriott, Dávid Buzás DD supervisor-Budapest Marriott.

The assembly was finished by an open Forum.
